Dr. Maiuri is managing partner in Challenger Stone .He is an expert of Advanced-technology investments in telecommunications, semiconductors, and software industries; investments in innovative standards and products; performance management and strategic decision support systems for leading telecommunications operators based on microeconomics models and marketing and industrial intelligence transfer pricing models and microeconomics of competitiveness supported regulators in pricing and competition policies designed and delivered executive training programs for hi-tech companies and MBA schools. Mr. Maiuri has Doctorate (DPhil) at the University of Oxford, Engineering Department (Keble College); MBA, University of Southern Australia, Adelaide, Australia. He is also certified by Drs. Kaplan and Norton’s Palladium Group in applying the Balanced Scorecard methodology, and advanced Matlab, Excel, Business Objects, SPSS, Tableau modeling capabilities.

Mr. G. Sultaniya is currently managing partner of Challenger stone, an advisory firm focusing on M&A strategy and management and IT consulting, based in the Principality of Monaco. Mr. Sultaniya has 14 years of accumulated working experience in the field of Corporate finance and deep knowledge of the Capital Market and IT startups. Mr. Sultaniya worked for several large organizations in India. After he has founded Challenger stone, he has worked over 150 different consulting projects. His experience includes work in industries such as IT services, Renewable energy, Parma, FMCG, Multimedia, Various mining, social media, Rail Transportation, Real Estate, and various starts up. Mr. Sultaniya has worked with his clients across the region, including Europe (Western and Eastern), and Asia ad Middle East.

Mr. Sultaniya holds an MBA (Finance) from the International University of Monaco.

Franco Quillico is Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Finance at MIP, the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan; Adjunct Professor at the International University of Monaco, and senior advisor at Challenger Stone. Mr. Quillico has 35 years of industry experience, and over 30 years of academic experience. At the beginning of his career he held positions with Salomon Brothers (investment banking), and Bain & Company (strategy consulting).

Mr. Quillico has advised clients in various industries: oil & gas, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, packaging, banking, information services, construction materials, railroad, utilities, constructions, retail, real estate and fast food. He has also delivered Workshops for managers and entrepreneurs in several countries: United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Greece, Finland, Russia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Ukraine, Mongolia, Algeria, Jordan, Kenya, Tanzania, Malaysia, Taiwan, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Qullico holds a Master in Science summa cun laude in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kelly Haynes is managing partner of Challenger Stone based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Over 20 years in technology domain; Ms. Haynes has experience as a corporate employee and as a business entrepreneur advising clients. Her industry experience includes: Aviation and Travel Industry, Airline IT, Government (Defense), Semiconductor, Business Management Consulting, and Technology Consulting.

An experienced leader in technology and innovation with a successful track record of defining technology roadmaps aligned to the business functions and delivering complex programs of technology service solutions that transform business; empowering organizations to evolve, adapt and drive change in line with strategic business goals; a creative technologist with strong design thinking skills.

Earlier in Ms. Haynes' career, she has held positions with Electronic Data Systems (IT Quality Assurance Consulting at US Department of Defense, Monterey California) and Capgemini France (IT Consulting at Amadeus, Nice France).

Expertise in business and technology transformations, Airline Passenger Service Solutions (PSS), value chain analysis and value proposition, strategy definition, design thinking, program/project governance, solution design, and technology implementations (small, medium and large).

Ms. Haynes has extensive global experience living and working in USA, Australia, France, Monaco, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

She has delivered Scoping and Risk Workshops for stakeholders in France and Abu Dhabi UAE. Throughout her career, she has been a mentor to student interns and to junior staff in the subjects of web development delivery, business analysis, service management and project delivery.

Ms. Haynes holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from International University of Monaco; a Bachelors of Science (Technology Management) from Golden Gate University of San Francisco. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from Project Management Institute.
